Message quality

The first message delivers what the subscriber requested. Every message has one communication job and one primary action. Product facts, price, links, support, and refund wording are current. Claims are supportable and fictional examples are labeled.

Logic and rendering

Purchase, unsubscribe, bounce, and complaint exits work. Missing personalization fields render naturally. The sequence remains coherent when engagement tracking is unavailable. Links work on mobile and desktop, with images enabled and blocked. Plain-text content and preference controls are complete.

Operations

Metric definitions, limitations, owners, and review dates are recorded. A pause or rollback procedure has an owner. A human completed the entire journey as a test subscriber.
